Investing in your care
Individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes and $150 per session.
Nido de Luz Counseling is a private-pay practice, and payment is due at the time of service.
All counseling sessions are provided through secure telehealth. Clients must be physically located in Texas at the time of their appointment.
Insurance & Superbills
Nido de Luz Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance directly.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of your counseling expenses.
Superbills are available upon request and can be submitted to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Because coverage and reimbursement vary by insurance plan, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn about your specific benefits. Providing a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.

You don't need to prepare a perfect explanation of what you're going through. We'll begin where you are.

Yes. While my academic degree and clinical license are in professional counseling (rather than a specialized degree in divinity or biblical counseling), I am a practicing Christian. For clients who desire it, I happily integrate a Christian worldview and faith-based values into our sessions. My approach honors your spiritual beliefs alongside evidence-based, professional psychological practices to support your healing. As always, the integration of faith is entirely client-led and tailored to your comfort level.
